This checklist aims to empower researchers in conducting EE of PM.

Upon completion, users can print the response to improve the quality of their manuscripts.

The nine domains include Population, Intervention, Comparator, Cost, Outcome, Time, Equity & Ethics, Adaptabilty, and Modelling. Each domain includes a sub-domain providing guidance on incorporating various aspects into the value for money assessment of PM technology.

- เมื่อครบกำหนดระยะเวลาการให้สิทธิ์อัปสปีดฟรีแล้ว สปีดของลูกค้าจะกลับไปที่ความเร็วหลักแพ็กเกจเดิมที่ลูกค้าสมัครบริการตามเดิม
- หากลูกค้าต้องการใช้สปีด 1Gbps/1Gbps อย่างต่อเนื่อง, ลูกค้าจะต้องสมัครบริการเสริม Speed Boost ใหม่เอง ตามราคาที่วางจำหน่าย ณ เวลานั้นๆ
- ความเร็วสูงสุด คือ ความเร็วสูงสุดที่สัญญาณวิ่งมาจากชุมสายมาจนถึงอุปกรณ์โมเด็ม หรือ อุปกรณ์กระจายสัญญาที่ติดตั้งภายในที่พักอาศัย ทั้งนี้ ขึ้นอยู่กับปัจจัยแวดล้อมอื่นด้วย อาทิ อุปกรณ์ภาครับและภาคส่ง และการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ต่างๆ เป็นต้น

Conventional Health Technology Assessment (Conventional HTA)

Conventional HTA evaluates health technologies at market access stage and beyond to help regulators, payers, and patients make decisions about regulation, reimbursement, clinical guidelines development, and technology use.

Early Health Technology Assessment (Early HTA)

Early stage of HTA spanning from conceptualization to first clinical use. It is used to inform innovators and their investors about the potential roles of a developing technology in clinical pathways, its target product profiles, design and evidence generation strategy and its likelihood of being reimbursed at market access.

Screening/monitoring PM

Among unaffected population , risk stratification of genetic conditions that predispose to disease, e.g., FH/Hereditary breast & ovarian cancers , polygenic risk scores for non-communicable diseases

Diagnostic PM-early diagnosis

Early diagnosis of disease, e.g., paediatric genetic disease , rare diseases, Galleri test for undiagnosed cancers

Diagnostic PM-genetic subtype

Among affected population , predict adverse health events or disease progression to risk-stratify patient for treatment escalation e.g., polygenic risk scores for several types of cancer

Pharmacogenomic PM

Predict adverse drug reaction , treatment efficacy and/or drug dosage to stratify patients to optimize treatment, e.g., HLA-B*1502 test
